Norway’s DNV completed on Thursday, the 12th, the acquisition of the Brazilian company Automa, which specializes in developing software for management, control and monitoring for power companies. The transaction, whose value is kept confidential, complements and strengthens the foreign group’s portfolio as a global provider of digital solutions for energy systems, while at the same time boosting the Brazilian company in the international market.
According to the new controlling shareholder’s plans, the newly acquired company could more than double in size over the coming years.
